Awesome experience, Harlin (Sales) and Matt (Finance) both were fast and efficient. Best part was we got down to business I told them what I wanted and they didn’t push extras, just simply asked if I wanted warranty and gave me a warranty pamphlet with a business card incase I decided to go with extra warranty.Also service is so knowledgeable about there brands, 11/10 rating.

UPDATE: 2 Years later.Well, Saturday started off as a -1 Journey (Blue Flashing Snowflake on TFT), and finished off with a new 2022 R18B back in Tantallon, Nova Scotia at 15'C.Couldn't be more pleased with the transaction, attention to detail, delivery, and execution. My first purchase a few years back was Pandemic, and all virtual, it was sure nice todo this one in person.Special thanks to Azeem, Mike, Corey, and Jeremy for their knowledge, guidance and patience.Happy to say, the transition from Adventure to Touring/Cruising has started. I do hope the F850GS finds a great home!The First purchase!Wanted to take a few moments to comment on the excellent experience in purchasing my first vehicle with RallyE Motoplex.It’s been 10 years since my last bike purchase, and I had something in mind but wasn’t landed on exactly the bike I was looking for. I had been researching a number of adventure oriented Motorcycles, and I knew I wanted to land in the Middleweight category.Made a few calls to dealers, and I will just say the experience for this 53 year old wasn’t great.Made my first inquiry over the web, and although the Motorcycle Dealer side was closed on Monday, received my first call to chat about my wants, riding style, and a great open discussion on options. Suggested that he will contact someone and I will receive a call on Tuesday to discuss further my thoughts on options.Tuesday received my first call from Gerald Keizer, and we continued the discussion, and we landed on the Great Middleweight F850GS.Spent the next day talking options, with Gerald, and Mike Goguen, and although limited on Stock, Mike was able to find the exact bike I was looking, plus a few little extras.Can’t say enough about the exceptional remote and virtual sales experience with Gerald, and Mike.And then to top it all off, they delivered the bike to Halifax. Got the call they were an hour out, and rode to Dartmouth crossing to complete the transaction.Thank-you Gentlemen, and very much appreciated.

I wanted to share my experience at Rallye Motoplex this past week. Bought a new Indian Cheiftain Dark Horse and it was an unbelievable customer experience. I'll start with my salesperson Azeem who was such a great person and very knowledgeable...not to mention patient. I would say that without a doubt he was the reason I bought the bike at Rallye. Moving on to Greg in Finance who was also very informative and helpful. My experience ended with a trip to the apparel dept where I was lucky enough to meet Lori Fitzsimmons. I wasn't planning to buy as much as I did but couldn't help it with the service I received. She was so friendly and accommodating that it just made it too easy to buy too much! From start to finish this was an amazing customer experience and I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a motorcycle or recreation vehicle. Thank you Azeem Greg & Lori!!!

Just bought a motorcycle without having to leave my house. The whole transaction was simple with great communication. The bike was delivered directly to my house. Jon from the sale team was really helpful and made sure all my questions and needs were met.
